Community Outreach Programme

Our community outreach package is part of our prevent initiative and is aimed at supporting the local authority in reducing children coming into the care system . All packages will be compiled on a consultation basis and be person based to meet the individual needs of the family. Support we can offer as part of any package is as follows:

• Respite sessions
• Community and activity engagement
• Domestic violence house hold support
• Creative and physical engagement activities
• Drug and alcohol support
• Educational transport and engagement service
• Short break services for families at risk
